Özet

In this study, the important information about accident and root cause analysis in terms of OHS

is provided. It is explained what the trainings for the prevention of occupational accidents and the

analyses that can be prepared to prevent the incidents from recurring and how they will be recorded.

The required information about work accident investigation report, accident or near miss events is

given. In addition, keeping records related to the report process, which is among the works to be done

after the accident, will provide benefits in the industrial applications.
