In the study, descriptive survey model was preferred from the quantitative research designs. A questionnaire was applied to 105 English teachers working in 50 schools where hardware and software installation was completed within the scope of the project in the centre of Karabuk and Safranbolu. Semi-structured interviews were also conducted with 8 volunteer teachers selected from the surveyed teachers. Statistical analysis and content analysis were conducted to analyse the data obtained in the research. According to the results obtained from the research, most of the ELT teachers’ usage of EBA is moderate & low level. ELT teachers use EBA mostly to provide content whereas they do not create and share content in EBA. The results of the study show that ELT teachers have developed positive attitudes towards EBA and their self-efficacy on using EBA is at a satisfactory level. Teachers evaluate the course content in EBA as numerically enough but inefficient and they are expecting better quality content in EBA.
