Join us for the first session of the Inaugural Colloquium Series, organized by the Perception and Politics Laboratory (PnP Lab) at the Psychology Department of Abdullah Gul University, in collaboration with the Kayseri Industrial Chamber.
This colloquium will explore the psychological dynamics of Generation Z in the workforce, based on a collaborative field study with the Kayseri Industrial Chamber. The study involved interviews with managers at the Kayseri Industrial Zone, revealing four main social representations about Gen Z: generational differences, human resources functions, skills development, and university contributions to the industrial sector. The session will present findings from these interviews, alongside results from six psychology research projects conducted by young researchers, themselves from Generation Z, providing unique insights into their own generation:
The session aims to bridge the gap between generations in the workplace and provide scientifically driven solutions for the public and policymakers. Your insights and participat ion will be invaluable in shaping future research and practices.
